Aleesha Young established herself as a leading female bodybuilder professional in the second half of the decade. Aleesha was born into a sporting family that was born in 1984. Her father, along with her siblings, played ice-hockey, but her dad was a bodybuilder. Aleesha played softball, soccer as well as basketball until she began bodybuilding at the age of 15. Aleesha was granted her professional card when she won the NPC USA Championships in 2014. She started competing in 2008. The 2014 IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro was her first time competing in the 9th place race. She maintained a ninth-place finish in 2015. Aleesha was 6th in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in the year 2015 and 2016. Aleesha's first professional show included her participation in the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. She had steadily improved and had won her Chicago Pro Championships. The best WOS result was achieved in the year 2020. She finished fourth. However, "Worlds strongest mom" had a brief time off from bodybuilding because of health concerns.
